We simply rely on bank transfer for payments. This means we currently do not work with payment service providers such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Klarna. Payment by credit card, cash on delivery, or delivery against invoice is also not available at this time.

Currently we ship to the following list of countries.
The delivery times specified in the shop refer to the delivery time in business days, from the moment of order placement until delivery to the address in Germany. These estimates are not random but represent the best possible approximation that our software can provide for each item at any given time! For deliveries to other countries, the total delivery time increases according to the values in the table below. In Germany, we charge flat-rate shipping costs. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. When you select the delivery country, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in the cart and at checkout.
Since the costs for packaging materials are not included and, due to the free shipping limit in Germany, we not only make no profit on the shipping costs but they are not even fully covered. Therefore, we have to include part of the packaging and shipping costs in the product prices.

This is a final list. We reserve the right to add or remove countries from this list at any time. We will not provide reasons for these decisions. Inquiries regarding deliveries to countries we do not ship to will not be answered. Based on the EU Geoblocking Regulation we make it possible for any individual in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) to register and use our website. Even though, we are not required to ship to all covered countries and we choose not to do so. Above you can find the list of countries we ship to.
It is possible for customers within the EEA to order on our website and have the order shipped to one of the listed countries. However, for individuals with residence or domicile outside the EEA it is a violation of our General Terms & Conditions to place an order, irrespective of the delivery address. We will cancel and refund these orders. We assume that all orders sent to a parcel shop near the Germany/Switzerland border (Weil am Rhein, Rheinfelden, Lottstetten, Jestetten, Grenzach-Wyhlen, Bad Säckingen, Laufenburg, Waldshut-Tiengen, Hohentengen am Rhein, Konstanz, Feldkirch, etc.) are placed by customers from Switzerland attempting to bypass our Terms and Conditions. These orders will not be processed. If we need to refund already paid amounts and incur costs in doing so, we will deduct these costs from the refund.
We do not offer VAT refunds for orders that are exported by the customers themselves.
