Hello,\r\nI bought this release aid because the trigger sensitivity is adjustable. However, even at the lowest setting, the trigger lacks sensitivity (this is just my personal preference). I therefore requested a return the day after receiving the package, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of sale of Bogensportshop.eu. It has been over a month, and I still haven\'t heard back from customer service despite several follow-up emails. The product sold matches the description, and the delivery time was respected, but customer service is nonexistent... It\'s a shame; I will never order from them again and urge you to think twice before doing so yourself.\r\nSincerely
