Backtension hinge release with wrist strap from B3 Archery.

The Ranger is a versatile hinge release. Its hybrid design makes it ideal for field and target archers. The wriststrap guarantees a secure and comfortable grip while the release itself offers the precision of a classic hinge release. It is also very popular for training off "target panic" or a nervous/punching trigger finger.
