The V-TAC 23 from Victory is a large diameter carbon shaft for indoor. With an outer diameter of 0.350" / 8.9 mm, it is close to the maximum for competitions under World Archery rules. However, the Victory V-TAC 23 is thinner than e.g. the Easton X23, which is 0.357" / 9.07 mm (2314) or 0.365" / 9.27 mm (2315) and therefore much closer to the maximum allowed 9.3 mm.
