Elastic connector band for use with the Spigarelli Elbow Pad.
The Spigarelli Form Trainer can be used with any regular exercise band, strong elastic cords or similar. This product is a round elastic cord with a plastic clip to individually set the length of the loop. It is connected to the string for release training.
