Thumb Trigger Release by TRU Ball

This release from TRU Ball is particularly small, making it a great option for children, teenagers, or adults with small hands. The distance between the index and ring finger (center to center) is just 46 mm. The mechanism is simple, as the release doesn't need to be separately cocked; attaching to the D-loop and releasing is done with the same pressure on the trigger. It features a 360° rotating head, preventing any torque from being transferred to the loop and string at anchor.

A similar but larger version of this release is the "Boss X." It also includes a cocking mechanism, allowing the trigger force to be adjusted. You can find the product linked below.
